Orders and Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail.
Visit our website and click on ‘Sign Up’ to create an account with your email address.
Update your shipping address in your account settings or contact us before your order is dispatched.
Once shipped, we’ll email a tracking number linked to Royal Mail’s tracking system.
For security, we do not store credit card information. You must enter it each time you order.
Sales tax is applied according to UK regulations. It’s calculated based on your location.

Items ordered together are usually shipped in one package, subject to availability.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Please contact customer service within 48 hours for an exchange or refund.
Report damages within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Send authorized returns to our warehouse at 174A Cowley Road | Oxford OX4 1UE, including your RMA number.
